The purpose of carrying out editions of contests organized by World Sports Federation Foundation is global impact on health and physical and mental condition improvement of people associated with sport and active lifestyle, as well as increasing knowledge about the sport and presenting own achievements, stories, memories. It is connected with participation in editions of contests targeted to specific groups of athletes, sports fans and all those who want to join people associated with sports and recreation in the broad sense.
1. General provisions
1. Regular SMS contests refferd to in these Regulations (hereinafter: Contests) will be conducted on: "World Sports Federation Foundation" http://worldsportfoundation.com
2. The organizer of regular contests is World Sports Federation Foundation Calle 47 y Aquilino de la Guardia, Ocean Plaza, piso 12, Apdo. 0831-1110, Panama, Republica de Panama.
3. SMS Contests will be conducted in Poland.
4. Contests begin the tenth day of each month and last at least thirty days. Regular contests are conducted indefinitely. The exact duration of the Contest is specified in the Contest announcement on World Sports Federation Foundation, http://worldsportfoundation.com under: Contests.
5. After announcement of each edition of contests, awards will be presented.
6. There is only one award of a type.
7. People who cannot take part in the Contests are: Organizer's employees, employees of companies cooperating in organizing and conducting the contests and members of their immediate family. By members of the immediate family we mean: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, spouses of siblings, parents of spouses, cousins and people remaining in an adoptive relationship.
8. Sending SMS means you consent to the processing of your personal data by World Sports Federation Foundation in order to conduct the contest and award. Each participant has the right to inspect the personal data and correct them. Providing personal data is voluntary.
9. Organizer declares that Contests concerned by this Regulation are not games of chance or bettings within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling (Journal of laws 09.201.1540 with subsequent amendments).
2. Contest rules
10. The Participant of the Contest, under the conditions specified in regulation, is every private person that likes sport in the broad sense, and possesses full legal capacity.
11. Accession to the Contest means that the Participant accepts the regulations as a whole. Acceding to each edition of Contest means that the Participant is obliged to follow the rules specified in this regulation as well as confirms that meets all the conditions that entitle them to participate in the Contest.
12. In order to take part in the Contest conducted on www.worldsportfoundation.com -contest you have to send a text message: 10.the answer to the contest question, to the number 72480. The cost of sending SMS 2pzl (2,46 gross).
Sending premium sms is consistent with the list of tarrifs placed in 31.
13. In each edition of Contest, Participants win prizes until the prize pool runs low. In each edition, the information about the type, value and quantity of the awards as well as how to win the prize will be posted.
14. After sending an SMS, Participants receive return SMS from the Organizer confirming participation in the Contest.
15. Each participant can send any number of SMS with the answers to the contest question. Each answear will be assessed by the contest committee selected by the Organizer.
16. Within 48 hours, the winner of the Contest will receive an SMS or a phone call regarding the way and time of collecting the award. The winner is the Participant whose answear is assessed by the contest committee as the most interesting and original.
17. The Organizer does not take responsibility if the winner cannot collect or will not collect the award if it is because of the winner. If the winner does not collect the award within 14 days from the date informing him about the award, he loses the right to the award which remains the property of the Organizer.
18. The Organizer declares that if the value of the award does not exceed 760 pzl, it will be issued according to the rules of a tax law. However, if the value of the award exceeds 760 pzl, the winner is obliged to pay 10% tax.
3. Complaint procedure
19. Complaints may be reported within 7 days from the date of award. Complaints submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The date of receipt of complaint is decisive.
20. Only mailed complaints will be considered. The address is given by the Organizer: worldsportfoundation@gmail.com, footnote "complaint". The complaint should include first and last name, full address, reason and description of the complaint.
21. Complaint consideration lasts 14 days including informing the participant about the outcome of the complaint (the date of the receipt is decisive). After the complaint procedure, the participant has the right to claim in the court of competent jurisdiction.
22. By sending SMS to the Organizer we mean reaching the SMS to the server of the system created in order to conduct the Contest.
23. The Organizer does not take responsibility for mobile networks functioning.
24. During the Contest, Participants can receive text messages with information about the course of Contest and text messages encouraging to further participation in the Contest.
25. If the winner does not collect the award, it remains the property of the Organizer. The awards must be collected within 14 days from the date of informing about the award. Participants do not have the right to substitute the award for cash equivalent or other awards.
26. The Organizer reserves possibility of extending the duration of each Contest that the regulation concerns.
27. These regulations will be made available to the Participants on the Organizer website www. http://worldsportfoundation.com.
28. As for matters that are not regulated in these regulations, go to provisions of General Regulations of the contests organized by "World Sports Federation Foundation" or provisions of the Civil Code or other generally applicable regulations.
29. All disputes relating to the Contests covered by these regulations will be considered by the general court.
30. In justified cases the Organizer may change these regulations. Amendments to these regulations will be introduced as annexes and will be in force from the moment of posting the regulations in an amended form.
